Comprehensive 30 + Channels/Resources covering 'Everything RV' incorporating our experience, general information and a whole range of Videos available on a selectable basis to Hirers, Owners and selected Clients.
Click the photo above to get full information on me, however in brief format I am employed by Camplify to oversee/trouble-shoot the Breakdown/Technical Assistance/Repatriation/Relocation/Alternative rental sides with Hirers and Owner as situations occur. I also have my own Company which is used as necessary for comprehensive RV information.
Your first call is always to NZRA (Roadside Assistance) and they look after the initial attendance/assistance at your Breakdown or technical assistance.
As soon as you report an issue to them, we in around 10 minutes are notified and assist in the background from a Camplify perspective in getting the problem resolved. This can be with calls to service workshops, Hirers, Owners, internal Camplify assistance as required.
With this wealth of all round experience from multiple parties, we all work towards getting the best solution possible for your issue.

If you have an RV problem, you may be in a stressful situation. We have heard and seen most things RV related over the years and pride ourselves on trouble-shooting most everything and are only too pleased to assist. But, your attitude is key too to getting a resolution. Calm and patient always wins the day! Any arrogance, bad attitude, swearing/profanities and assistance will be halted immediately via any of our communication means and you will need to utilise other available means for remedying your RV issue.
